Utilities Customer Service: Payment Locations Automatic Utility Payment (ACH) Information

When paying in person, please bring your most recent billing statement or notice with you. Always show your utility account number on your check. If paying more than one utility account with one check, indicate each account number and amount paid. Make checks payable to Longview City Utilities.

For your convenience, a night drop is available in front of City Hall. Payments are collected each morning at 7 a.m., processed, and then posted by 5 p.m. Payments to the City Hall Drop Box must be by check only.

If you wish to mail your payment, our mailing address is City of Longview Utilities, P.O. Box 128, Longview, WA 98632.

If making payment to avoid water shut off, payments should be made in person at City Hall.

Also for your convenience, the City of Longview offers automatic utility bill payment (ACH-Automatic Clearing House Debit) for its utility customers. An application form may be obtained at Longview City Hall or by downloading the application and information about automatic utility bill payment in PDF format.  Additional information may be obtained by calling Longview City Hall or by e-mail.
