Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all city parks.
Use of tobacco products is prohibited in all parks of the City, except for areas designated as a "Tobacco Permitted Area" by signs posted by the City in the following parks: Lake Sacajawea; Roy Morse Park; John Null Park; 7th Avenue Park; and Gerhart Gardens Park. Provided, that this prohibition shall not apply to designated parking areas.
All fireworks are prohibited.
Unauthorized motor vehicles are prohibited except in designated parking areas or roadways.
Open fires are prohibited.
It is unlawful to disturb, break, damage or deface any flowers, shrubs, or trees.
It is unlawful to throw, drop, or otherwise dispose of litter on the ground. Litter should be disposed of in garbage receptacles only.
It is unlawful to deface, damage or destroy any public building, fence, table, playground equipment or other structure.
Disorderly conduct, amplified sound and unnecessary noise, as defined in Longview Municipal Code Chapter 13.01

Large animals are prohibited. Animals must be under immediate control. No dogs in playgrounds, sports fields or where posted. No teasing or harming of animals. All pet excrement must be removed.
