Culture & Enrichment

There is an appreciation of other cultures in Longview, and that spirit is reflected in our annual International Festival celebration in May.

The availability of cultural arts in Longview is also important to its resident, and the city provides many opportunities for cultural enrichment. From performances in the Columbia Theatre to close-up and more intimate performances in the Peper Studio to regular performances by our schools, citizens have access to to a multitude of theater events.  In addition, the library sponsors Northwest Voices throughout the year, the lower level of the facility hosts the Koth Art Gallery with displays running every three weeks, and a multitude of family story times take place throughout the year.
